I’ve been coaching people for the last ten years and through that work I have specialised in this area of personal development.
It is the key building block for developing a strong sense of self, from the cognitive behavioural sciences, which has helped hundreds of people enjoy a better quality of life (with all of life’s ups and downs).
Please note: This class is aimed at men and women who hate making mistakes and often feel anxious about performing, and doubt themselves. It is also for those who tend to hold themselves back from taking risks or new opportunities as they fear failure so much. And it is for those who tend to work themselves to the bone and burn out, because they feel they have to prove themselves. It is for those who want to change this, and develop an unconditional sense of self esteem.
This class is NOT for people who have enough self confidence and esteem, who feel unstoppable and who bounce back easily from setbacks and when they fail. It is also not for those looking for a band-aid approach, to just feel good for a short time. It’s for those who are serious about making a change in their self esteem.
Length of Workshop & Date
The session begins at 18h00 until 20h30, and the next date in 2016 hasn’t been set yet.
The Venue is usually in Sandton or Fourways.
This is a live class with a style of covering both theory and practical elements. You’ll get handouts, and have time to make notes. The practical exercise helps you integrate the learnings so that you leave with a new way of being, and tools on how to improve it more. You’ll also set some actions to do, to help you sustain the knowledge you gain.
I’m Telana Simpson, and I’m a Self-Esteem Myth Buster, as well as a Personal Coach who specialises in communicating and relating. My background includes extensive training in the cognitive behavioural sciences of NLP and Neuro-Semantics, and I have a psychology degree and Meta-Coach and Neuro-Semantic Trainer qualifications. Since I started my business in 2004 I have been committed to helping my clients improve their ability to express themselves and unleash more of their potential.
Through my own journey and challenges I have worked on my self-worth and communication skills, and now I continually strive to teach and embody the most impactful ideas and useful tools for self expressing.
